
Happy Hour
Our love for food and travel inspired us to fulfill the dream of building our own food brand — Happy Hour. The journey began in 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic, when we trained intensively under the guidance of one of the most talented domestic and international chefs in the family. With a deep passion for culinary innovation, we began crafting authentic Mexican, Mediterranean, and Italian sauces, along with tacos, tortillas, and more — all made using locally grown ingredients.
To ensure freshness and reduce the cost of imported goods, some of the key ingredients are cultivated on our own farm. The result was food with a truly authentic taste, which led us to open our first restaurant in Vadodara (Baroda).
While the journey was not without its challenges — particularly in sourcing the right ingredients — we overcame every obstacle and turned our vision into the exciting concept that is now known as Happy Hour.
